The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 77 "An Act                    
relating to intensive management of identified big game prey                   
populations" and recommended it be replaced with                               
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 77(FIN), entitled:                                     
"An Act relating to management of game                                        
populations, to the powers and duties of the                                   
commissioner of fish and game, and to the division                             
of game."
